Is an Estate Plan expensive?

No! Our firm will meet with you and after learning of your needs, we will be able to give you an accurate estimate of the cost of developing a complete estate package, which includes a will, a living trust, a healthcare directive, and a durable power of attorney. Your estate plan may be more or it may be less, depending on your situation, but after meeting with you, we will be able to give you a good idea of how much it will cost before you decide to have the plan drawn up.

Does it take a long time to make a plan?

Not at all. We need to meet with you at least once, maybe twice. We will do the rest. If you can help us out by approving the final language once you receive it from us, we can have the documents completed usually in under one week.
